Why These Grants Exist
COINTELPRO didn't just target individuals — it dismantled the economic, educational, and organizational infrastructure of Black communities. These grants are an act of restoration. They fund the builders, the thinkers, the organizers, and the survivors who are doing the work that systems tried to prevent.
Every application fee goes directly toward sustaining these funds. Every donation multiplies the impact. This is not charity — it is an investment in the people and communities that have earned it through generations of resistance, resilience, and resolve.
